     Apple nut cake

Ingredients
3 eggs
1 3/4 cup sugar
1 cup oil
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp salt
1 can comstock apple pie filling or peach
1 cup chopped nuts
 
Instructions
mix eggs sugar and oil together in a bowl, in a seperate bowl shift flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt
mix mixtures together with a fork, fold in apples and nuts
bake in lightly greased 9x13 pan for 1 hour at 350 degrees. cool completly dust with powdered sugar
