     Mexican Beef Stew

Ingredients
5 lbs Beef Tips With Broth
4 Cups Frozen Corn
3 lbs of Pinto Beans ( or 1/2 of a 10 can)
4 cups salsa
3 Tbsp Chili Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin Powder
1 Tbsp Cumin
2 tsp Garlic Powder
12.5 oz shredded chedder cheese
 

Instructions
Steam beef in bag for .5 hours.
Mix all other ingredients with enough beef broth to combine seasonings with vegetables and steam for 10 minutes
Combine Beef and vegetables and cook in a 350 degree oven for 20 minutes uncovered.
When serving top with .5 oz. of cheese. 25 servings. 1 cup spoodle serving size
