     Italian Nut Cookies

Ingredients
2/3 cup Almond Filling
1/2 cup Almond Paste
1/2 cup Sugar
2 Egg Whites
1 1/2 teaspoons Almond Extract
1/2 teaspoon Lemon Extract
1/2 teaspoon Orange Extract
2/3 cup Flour
1 teaspoon Baking Powder
 
3 1/2 cups Pine Nutes, finely chopped
Powdered Sugar

Instructions
Heat oven to 350F. Beat almond filling, almond paste and sugar in large bowl at medium speed 1-2 minutes or until well-blended. Beat in egg whties and extracts until combined. Whisk flour and baking powder in small bowl; beat into batter. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours or until batter is no longer sticky.
Place nuts in medium bowl. Drop 1 teaspoon batter per cookie into nuts; roll to coat top and sides of ball. Place on parchment paper-line baking sheets.
Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned. Remove parchment paper and cookies from pan; cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
