     Tenderloin Steaks with Herb Cheese Topping

Ingredients
4 Beef Tenderloin Steaks 1 inch thick
2 tbs Cream Cheese, softened
4 tsp Crumbled Blue Cheese
4 tsp Plain Lowfat Yogurt
2 tsp minced onion
1 garlic clove halved
1/2 tsp salt, divided
2 tsp chopped parsley
 

Instructions
Combine cream cheese, blue cheese, yogurt, onion and peper; reserve.
Rub steak with garlic halves. Place steaks on broiler pan so surface of meat is 2 to 3 inches from heat. Broil 5 to 6 minutes; season with salt; turn and broil aditional 3-4 minutes
Season with salt top each steak with reserved cheese mixture. Broil an aditional 1-2 minutes and garnish with parsley.
Recipe may also be prepared with 1 pound beef top loin steak cut 3/4 inch thick.
