1 - 12oz pkg Pearson Stir Fry Oriental vegetables

2 tsp sugar

1 - 8 oz pkg Pearson Bean Sprouts

Instructions |

|
Marinate meat in 4 tbspn of soy saucefor 5 mins. Mix cornstarch and water, set aside.

Heat oil in wok until very hot. Add meat and onions an brown. Mix in Pearson Stir Fry Oriental vegetables, cook and stir for 2 minutes.

|
|
Add remaining soy sauce, the sugar and Pearsons Bean Sprouts, cook and stir 1 minute.
|
|
|
|
Slowly mix in cornstarch mix to thicken sauce. Enjoy!
