     Baked Potato Soup

Ingredients
2/3 C Oleo
2/3 C Flour
7 C Milk
4 lrg Baked Potatoes, peeled & cubed
12 pieces Bacon, crisp & crumbled up & cooled
4 (or more) Green Onions or 1 lrg Onion, chopped
1-1/4 C Cheese
1 C Sour Cream (8 oz)
3 tsp Salt & Pepper to taste
 

Instructions
In a lrg pan, melt Oleo. Stir in Flour, heat and stir till smooth. Gradually add Milk. Stir till thick. Add Potatoes and Onions. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir till Cheese is melted. Makes 2-1/2 qts. Freezes well.
