Bring honey, sugar and ground chipotles to boil in heavy large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring to dissolve sugar. Add pecans. Cook until syrup thickens, darkens and begins to smoke, stirring often, about 6 minute. Turn out onto foil. Using 2 forks, quickly separate nuts. Sprinkle with coarse salt and aniseed. Cool completely. Break nuts apart.
