     Salsa Cheese Cake

Ingredients
2 Tbsp Yellow cornmeal
1 Tbsp Chili powder
3 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese
2 large eggs
2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
2 cans (4 oz each) diced green chiles
1 cup sliced green onions, divided
1 container salsa (16 oz), divided
 
2 cups shredded cheese, divided

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 9 inch baking pan. Combine cornmeal, and chili powder. Sprinkle over bottom and side of pan.
Beat eggs, cream cheese, garlic powder, cumin in large bowl. Stir in chiles and 1/2 sliced green onions. Pour half of the batter into pan. Spoon one cup salsa on top of batter. Sprinkle 1 1/2 cups shredded cheese over salsa. Spread remaining batter on top oc cheese.
Bake for 55-60 minutes or until edges are set but the center still moves slightly. Cool completely in the pan on a wire rack, then remove from pan.
To serve, spread remaining 1 cup salsa on top, sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cheese and 1/2 cup green onions. Serve with tortilla chips, crackers or baguette.
