     Caramel Corn

Ingredients
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup Karo Syrup
1 tsp Vinegar
1 Tbls butter
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
3 quart popped corn
 

Instructions
Cook first 5 ingredients to 300 degrees (use candy thermometer) or hard crack stage. Add soda and when foamy pour over 3 quart popped corn. Shape into balls and wrap in plastic wrap when cool.
