     Lemon Chicken

Ingredients
4 frozen chicken breast pieces
1/3 cup lemon juice
some lemon rind, if desired
1 tsp ground tarragon
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
Optional idea...
 
2 cups fresh spinach
Instructions
Put chicken in pan. Combine all other ingredients and pour over chicken. Bake for about 1 hours at 350 degrees. Basting occasionally until baked.
In last 10 minutes of cooking sprinkle fresh spinach around chicken and continued cooking until chicken is completely cooked.
