Cover one side of each piece of bread, from corner to corner scrapping off any excess butter.
Lay butter side down on pan in medium heat. Place a piece of cheese on the un-buttered side. Take second piece of bread on top and butter it as well with butter side up.
Let it cook until the bottom piece easily comes off of the pan, then flip and repeat until outsides are golden brown.
