Heat flour tortillas in a greased pan (as little grease as possible). They should be soft. Break up sausage in pan, using about as much as would make 3 patties. Cook for a minute or two and add 3 eggs (beaten). Put a couple of spoonfuls over hot tortillas and fold over in halves to serve.
