     Tuna Souffle

Ingredients
four tbsp. margarine, melted
three tbsp. flour
one cup milk
three egg yolks
1/2 tsp. salt
one (7 oz.) can of tuna
1/2 medium onion, grated
 

Instructions
Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in all combined ingredients. Pour into a grease casserole; place casserole in pan of warm water and bake for 50 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serve immediately.
