     Smothered Beef Liver

Ingredients
Medium thick sliced beef liver
flour, oil, water, salt & pepper
Dried Parsley, mushroom powder
Worcestershire sauce
one large onion
 

Instructions
Dip sliced liver in flour and brown in oil. Drain off excess oil and add small amount of water and one large onion in rings (separated). Sprinkle into this mushroom powder, Worcestershire, dried parsley, salt, and pepper. Cover and simmer for ten minutes or until tender.
