Combine all ingredients in saucepan and heat to melt flavors together.
Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
Place steaks in large Ziplock freezer bag.
Add marinade to cover and refrigerate for 24 - 48 hours. Periodically tuen bag over to allow marinade to absorb thoroughly.
One hour before cooking steaks, remove from refrigerator and allow to come to room temperature.
Cook steaks to desired doneness.
