In large mixing bowl add the 3 c flour, wheat gluten, & yeast. Stir. Add in warm water & stir until combined. Let sit for 10 minutes.
Mix the oil, honey, juice, & salt in small bowl.
Add the flower mixture after the 10 minute wait period. Mix until combined.
Add in the additional flour & knead the dough for 10 minutes.
Then divide the dough into 2 loaves.
Shape into loaf form and place in 2 loaf pans (sprayed). Cover with clean towel & rise for 30 minutes. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
