     Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup mayo
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
4 tablespoons cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon vanilla
1/2 cup sour milk
 
1/2 cup chocolate chips
2 cups diced zucchini
2 1/2 cups flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Instructions
Cream margarine, oil, sugar. Add eggs, vanilla, sour milk. Beat. Soft drying add to creamed mix. Beat well. Stir in diced zucchini. Put in 9x13 pan.
Bake at 325 for 40-50 minutes. Sprinkle with chips and nuts.
