     Oven fresh potato wedges

Ingredients
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt
2 russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into eighths
1/4 cup parmesan cheese (optional)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 425. In a plastic bag shake together the potatoes olive oil and seasonings (and optional parmesan cheese). Spread the potatoes evenly onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 25 minutes until the potatoes can be easily poked with a fork.
