Mix cream cheese, sour cream, taco sauce, and green onion together in small bowl.
Mix hamburgur with refried beans. Spread in bottom of large baking dish. Then layer cream cheese mixture. Top with tomatoes, and sliced black olives. Liberally top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Warm through in oven at 350 15-20 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
