     Chrusczyki - Bow-Ties

Ingredients
3 Egg Yolks
1 Egg
1/2 TSP Salt
1/4 Cup Powder Sugar
1 TSP Vanilla
1 Cup Flour - put in last
1/4 Cup Sour Cream
2 Shots Whiskey
1 TSP Vinegar (makes the cookies not burn)
 

Instructions
Mix flour and eggs; stir in cream, melted butter, sugar and mix well. Then add vanilla, whiskey and work dough until easy to come off hands.
Work dough on floured board and roll as thin as tissue paper. Cut strips slantwise and slit in middle. Put one corner in middle slit and pull under.
Fry in deep grease until light brown and cool.
Sprinkle powdered sugar over finished cookies.
