Beat your eggs and put the chicken into the eggs to make them more moist and sticky for the bread crumbs. Then put the chicken into a bowl of bread crumbs and cover them well.
Brown them in a skillet then place in a 9x13 pan. Place the slices of muenster cheese over the chicken then sprinkle liberal amounts of mozzarella cheese over that. Evenly dump in the can of chicken broth.
Cook at 350 for about 40 minutes. Totally depends on your oven. Just make sure there is no pink! Enjoy!
