Mix flour, cheese, and pepper in shallow pan. Cover each fillet with flour mixture to coat well. Brown in 2 tbs. butter (mix a little oil with butter to prevent burning) til cooked through (about 3 to 4 minutes per fillet) Place browned fillets on ovenproof platter and sprinkle with lemon juice, place in oven to keep warm. Mix egg yolk, cooled boullion water and non-alcoholic wine in bowl; brown 1 tbs flour mixture in hot fry pan with meat crumbs; pour liquid into fry pan; whisk until thick and smooth. Pour over turkey. Sprinkle with 1 tbs Capers and serve
