Ingredients
3/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
2 large eggs
1 can (15 oz.) Pumpkin filling
1 can (12 fl. oz.) Evaporated Milk
1 pre-baked (9 inch) pie crust
 

Instructions
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Bake pie crust 12-15 mins or until golden brown Let cool.
Mix sugar, cinnamon, salt, ginger and cloves in small bowl. Beat eggs in large bowl. Stir in pumpkin and sugar-spice mixture. Stir in evaporated milk
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Pour into pie shell. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. If crust starts to get to dark cover outside with foil.
Reduce temperature to 350 degrees Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack for 2 hours. Serve immediately or refrigerate.
Serving Suggestions
Top with a little whipped cream for extra sweet
