1 T. plus 1 t. Fat Free Mayo
1 T. finely chopped Scallion
1 T. finely chopped fresh Cilantro
2 t. Fresh Lime Juice
1/8 t. Salt
Pinch Cayenne
1/4 lb. Fresh Frozen Crabmeat
1 Cucumber
 
Instructions
Spoon 1 t. mixture onto each slice, cover and chill 3 hours.
