     Roast Beef

Ingredients
1 1/2 Cup Cider Vinegar
1 Cup Water
2 TSP Salt
2 TBS Sugar
2 TBS Pickling Spice
1/2 TSP Cloves
 
Instructions
Boils dry and wet ingredients until dissolved. Let cool.
Place roast in mixture in a plastic bowl and refrigerate for three days.
Simmer for 4 hours.
