     Lemon Squares

Ingredients
1 Cup Flour
1 Stick Cold Butter
1/4 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 TSP Vanilla
2 Pints Ice Water
2 Eggs
2 TBS Flour
1/4 Cup Lemon Juice
 
Rind of one Lemon
1 Cup Sugar
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and pat into 9 x 9 cake pan. Bake for 15 minutes at 350 degrees.
Mix well 2 eggs, 2 TBS Flour, 1/4 Cup Lemon juice, rind of 1 lemon, 1 cup sugar and pour on top of baked pan. Bake an additional 25 minutes
