     Cilantro Pinwheels

Ingredients
2 (8 oz) pkgs. Cream Cheese
1 C. Cilantro salsa
3 T. dried cilantro or 4 T. fresh cilantro (snipped with scissors)
1/2 C. Sour cream
7 large flour tortillas
2 t. hot sauce
 
Instructions
Place cream cheese in a bowl and microwave for one minute to soften. Add salsa, cilantro, sour cream and hot sauce; mix well.
Place each tortilla between two paper towels & microwave for 20 seconds. Spread about 1/2 C. of mixture onto each tortilla evenly and roll up.
Wrap each roll in plastic wrap & chill for at least 3 hours before slicing. Each roll should make 12 slices.
