Melt the butter. Add milk and heat it to 37 degrees. Add yeast in a
mixing bowl and mix it with some of the fluids until it’s all mixed.
Add sugar, flour and cardamom. It might not be neccessary to add
all the flour. Work the dough until it’s no longer sticky. Cover the
mixing bowl with plastic and let it get bigger for 40 min.

Use a rolling pin and make the dough like a 1/2 cm thick rectangle.
Cover the top with melted butter. About 2 cm of the long side
should be covered with cold water. This will kind of the the “glue”
that holds the roll together . Add sugar and cinnamon. Roll and cut
like in the photos.

Let the rolls get bigger again for 40 min.
250 degrees, in the middle of the oven, 10-12 min
