     Marbeled Rasberry Coffee Cake

Ingredients
1 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1t. baking powder
1/4 t. baking soda
1/4 t. salt
1 (3oz) pkg of cream cheese
1/4 cup of marg.
1/4 cup milk
1 t. lemon juice
 
1 egg
1/4 cup of your favorite preserve mine (grape jelly)
Frosting-
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 T. lemon juice

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour 8 inch square pan. Mix all ingredients BUT preserves and frosting. You will spoon the preserves on top, once you have poured the cake batter into pan.
Swirl cake and preserves to get the marbeled look amd BAKE!
For the frosting mix ingredients together in small bowl taste it you can adjust the sweetness to however you like, once cake has baked and slightly browned on top pour frosting evenly over the top.
it is best to eat this cake hot and fresh
