     Easiest Pie Crust Recipe

Ingredients
4 cups flour
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1 3/4 cups shortening
1/2 water
1 tbsp vinegar
1 egg
 

Instructions
Mix the first three ingredients with a fork. Add the shortening and cut in with a pastry blender until crumbly.
IN a small bowl beat the water, vinegar, and egg with a fork. Add to the flour/shortening mixture and mix with a fork until moistened.
Divide into 4 patties. Chill 1/2 hour (or as long as possible), then roll out each portion between pieces of waxed paper.
Serving Suggestions
Makes 4 crusts.
