     Pan Grilled Salmon

Ingredients
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp grated fresh ginger root
1 tbsp honey
1 tsp sesame oil
1 lb salmon fillet
Chopped green onions (optional)
 

Instructions
Whisk together soy sauce, garlic, ginger and honey in a bowl. Remove and set aside 1/4 cup of mixture.
Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour marinade over top. Cover and chill 5 minutes.
Heat sesame oil in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat. Remove fillets from marinade and cook, skin side up, 5 minutes; turn and drizzle with reserved marinade. Cook 5 to 7 minutes more or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Top with green onions, if desired.
Per serving- 252 calories, 13g carbohydrate, 31g protein, 13g fat, 0g fiber, 67 mg cholesterol, 423mg sodium, 2g Omega-3
