     Ranger Cookies

1/2 Cup butter
1/2 Cup sugar
1/2 Cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 Cup flour
1 Cup rolled oats
1 Cup coconut
1/2 Cup dried cranberries
1/2 Cup dried cherries

Preheat oven to 375. Beat butter until softened. Add sugars, baking powder and baking soda. Beat well. Beat in egg and vanilla until combined.
Beat in as much as flour as you can with an electric mixer and stir in any remaining flour if needed. Add in the oats, coconut and dried fruit.
Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls, 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake for 10 minutes or until edges are lightly browned.
Serving Suggestions
