     Peanut Butter Cookies

Ingredients
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup white sugar
1 cup shortening
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
1 tsp. soda
Pinch of salt
2 1/2 to 3 cups flour
 
Instructions
Mix all the ingredients together. Make dough into small balls with hands. Add flour as needed so the dough does not stick to your hands as you roll the ball in your palms.
2 varieties; Variety 1; l-You can cross the ball with a fork (dip the fork in flour so it doesn't stick)
Variety 2; 2-As soon as the cookies come out of the oven while they are still on the cookie sheet put a candy kiss on top transfer and then transfer the cookies to the cooling area. (Make sure you do not over bake the cookie, when it looks done it is done because the cookie will break apart when you put the kiss in it.)
Bake at 350 for about 10 minutes.
