Ingredients
1 lb hamburger, cooked and drained
1 can tomato sauce
1 can tomato soup
2 cans water
1/8 cup brown sugar
1/8 tsp parlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups elbow macaroni
 
Instructions
Brown hamburger, add all but macaroni and bring to a boil. Then add macaroni, cook over medium heat about 20 minutes.
