3/4 Cup Dried Tomatoes (or Roasted Tomatoes)

Salt and Pepper
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Make stuffing with stock, adding in tomatoes
Preheat oven to 375
|
|
|
Lay out steak, seasoning with salt and pepper, cover evenly with stuffing
|
|
|
Roll and tie up, using butcher twine or toothpicks. Roast 35-40 mins. Allow to rest and cut into pinwheels.
