     Spinach Balls

Ingredients
2 packages frozen chopped spinach
6 eggs
2 cup Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
Pepper
1 cup parmesan cheese
 
Instructions
Cook spinach according to package directions and drain. Make sure all the water is squeezed out of spinach.
Mix spinach beaten eggs, cheese, stuffing mix , butter, salt and pepper together and form into balls.
Bake at 350 F for 10-15 min. If frozen bake at 400 F
