Stir the cocoa powder, sugar, milk and cornstarch together in a saucepan. Cornstarch will be lumpy at first, but keep stirring until it is smooth. Cook over medium heat and keep stirring. After about five minutes of stirring, the mixture will be a thick pudding. Then stir in vanilla. Yum!
