     Pepperoni Stuffed Mushroom

Ingredients
24 large mushrooms
2 tbsp butter
1 onion minced
0.75 cup diced pepperoni
1 clove garlic, minced
0.50 crushed buttery round crackers
3 tbsp grated parmesan cheese
0.25 dried oregano
1 pinch salt
 
1 pinch pepper
0.75 cup chicken broth

Instructions
Heat oven 325 degrees and lightly grease baking sheet. Remove and chop the mushroom stems. Set caps to the side.
Melt the butter over medium heat. Add the stems, onion, pepperoni and garlic - cook until tender. Stir in the rest of the ingredients.
Stuff mushroom caps with mixture and add on baking sheet. Bake until hot and mushrooms are cooked through, 25-30 minutes.
