     Italian Meat Balls

Servings   10-11 meat balls
Ingredients
1 lb. hamburger
2 eggs
1/2 cup Italian cheese
3/4 cup Progresso bread crumbs
1/4 tsp garlic (to taste)
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp green pepper
1 tbsp water
 
Instructions
Mix all together.
Fry in olive oil on all sides
Cook one hour in tomato sauce
Serving Suggestions
Makes 10-11 meat balls
