2 packages (3 oz. each) or 1 package (6 oz.) Jello-O brand gelatin any red flavor

2 cups boiling water
|
| |
1 1/2 cups cranberry juice cocktail
|

1 can (11 oz. ) mandarin orange sections, drained
|
| |
Celery slices
|
| |
1/4 cup finely diced celery
|
| |
1/4 cup chopped pecans
|
| |
- or use 1 can (8 oz.) jellied cranberry sauce, mashed and 1 cup cold water
|

|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|

Instructions |

|
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Add cranberry juice and chill until slightly
thickened
|
|
|
|
Pour 1 1/2 cups thickened gelatin into mold.
Arrange 10 orange sections and the celery slices in
mold, pushing down into the wreath designs.
|
|
|
|
Dice remaining orange sections and add to remaining
gelatin with diced celery and pecans; spoon into
mold.
|
|
|
|
Chill until firm, at least 4 hours
|
