Chop stems and saute' with 1 Tblsp. olive oil and 1 Tblsp. minced garlic. Saute' until stems are cooked, being careful not to burn garlic. Set aside to cool.
Mix cream cheese, parmesan cheese, black peper, onion powder and cayenne pepper, then blend with stems mixture. Stuff mushrooms with this mixture.
Bake at 350 deg. for 20 minutes.
NOTE- Hold mushrooms tight when removing stems so as not to break the mushrooms.
