     Pizza Dough

Ingredients
4 cups flour
1 tbsp. salt
2 7-gram packets of yeast
1 tbsp. sugar
4 tbsp. olive oil
650 mL warm water
herbs of your choice
 

Instructions
Mix flour and salt together in one bowl. Mix other ingredients together in another bowl. Make sure sugar is dissolved, then let mixtures sit for 5 minutes.
Combine two bowls together. Knead the dough until it forms a large ball. Add flour if necessary, then coat the dough ball with olive oil.
Let dough rise for 1 hour. Roll flat on a greased baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Top with sauce, cheese and toppings and bake until cheese is golden and bubbly.
Note- If you don't want to make pizza, you can also roll the dough into balls and sprinkle with sea salt, oregano and basil for yummy dinner rolls! Once you make the rolls, let the dough rise again for 1-2 hours or until doubled in size.
