TO MAKE DOUGH-
In a large mixing bowl, combine two cups of flour and the yeast; set aside. In a small saucepan heat and stir milk, sugar, 1/3 cup of butter, and the salt until warm and butter almost melts; add to flour mixture along with eggs. Beat with an electric mixer on low to medium for 30 minutes, scraping bowl. Beat on high speed for 3 minutes. Using a wooden spoon, stir in as much of the remaining 2 - 2 1/2 cups remaining flour as you can.
