Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Combine milk, eggs, vanilla and splenda in a bowl. Add bread and raisins; stir gently. Pour into a 1-quart baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Place in a shallow pan; add one inch of water. Bake for 55 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
