     Parmesan Spinach Balls

Ingredients
2 - 10 oz packages frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
2 cups Italian style seasoned bread crumbs
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
0.5 cup butter, melted
4 small green onions, finely chopped
4 eggs, lightly beaten
salt and pepper to taste
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In medium bowl, mix all ingredients. Shape into 1 inch balls. Arrange balls in a single layer on a large baking sheet.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until lightly brown.
