Instructions |

|
Cut the crust off bread, cut bread into quarters.

Dab bread squares with butter and broil until
lightly browned.

Mix cheddar cheese, cream cheese, eggs, and onion
with beater until mixed.
|
|
|
|
On untoasted side of bread put a heap of cheese
mixture on bread. Broil until cheese melts.
