Ingredients
¾ lb. ground beef
¼ lb. ground pork
¾ cup dried bread crumbs
2 tbs. finely cut onion
1 tbs. chopped celery
1 or 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
2 eggs beaten
2 tbs. parmesan cheese
BBQ Sauce
 
Instructions
Put first six ingredients in bowl and mix. Add eggs and mix well. Add water if too dry. Fry or bake and then put in BBQ sauce.
