     Apple Zucchini Bread

Wet Ingredients-
5 large eggs (1 cup)
1 shredded zucchini (medium)
1 tbsp flax oil
Dry Ingredients-
1 large apple, shredded
1/2 cup flax meal
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
4 scoops vanilla whey protein powder
1/2 cup granulated Splenta or about 10-12 packets
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking powder
1.2 tsp bakig soda

Place zuccini in separate bowl; fold beaten egg mixture and flax oil into zucchini. Mix well. Pour batter into greased 8x4 inch pan. bake at 325 degrees for approximatelly 45-50 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Be sure not too overcook, or it will become hard and dry as stone.
