Sift flour, cocoa, sugar and salt into bowl. Add rest and beat
medium speed for 3 minutes with mixer.
Bake 30 min 8 inch greased pan 350 convection 15-20
min.
DO NOT OVERBAKE just til sides pull away from pan.
I sprinkled with chocolate chips and sprinkled with a little
salt since I forgot to put into batter. Really good. Can
double recipe in a 9x13 pan
