     Lemon Blueberry Cake

Ingredients
1/2 cup shortening
1 3/4 cup cake flour (sifted)
3/4 cup sugar
2 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
filling
 
2 cup blueberry
8 oz cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 cup prepared lemon curd
1/4 cup sugar
topping
blueberries

Instructions
Cake- Bake at 375 degrees for 25 mins in 2 9 inch round cake pans. Set aside and cool completely
Place one cake on cake stand; add half of the filling and place blueberries on top in one layer. Add the second cake and add the remainder of the filling on top and the top with more fresh blueberries.
